It is Hard to Live with an Alcoholic

It can be really hard to be married to an alcoholic. When my husband and I started dating over 10 years ago he told me that his father was an alcoholic, the only thing that he forgot to mention was that he also struggled with alcoholism. My husband already had his license taken away from him twice because he was driving while intoxicated, and apart from that we've had horrible marriage problems because of his addiction. I really try to be supportive of my husband but it can be so difficult, because he is always making such bad decisions because of his addiction. I really love my husband, because he really is a great guy. My husband has started to take Alcohol Classes, and I am sincerely hoping that they will help him to stop his addiction. My example proves that it can be difficult to live with them and that is an alcoholic.
