Having to Take Minor in Posession Classes

My brother is having to take minor-in-possession classes. He has always been in a lot of trouble, and has had difficulty with drugs and alcohol for most of his young life. He has had several incidents involving police and it was just a matter of time before they arrested him for something very serious. He is taking these classes to get his life back on track. I am hoping he can change his ways and build a better future for himself. He is a good kid, but he is very troubled and our mother and father have never been the best parents. They were usually absent, and when they were around, they were not paying much attention to what we were doing or how we were acting. I was lucky to meet a great woman in college and get myself together, but my brother was not. He is getting the help he needs now, though, and I wish him the best.
